Who we are

Lazy ASO is made by DYUVEN (듀벤), a sole proprietorship registered in Siheung-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea ("we"). Contact: [email protected].

The service

Lazy ASO is a macOS app with an MCP server that shows App Store keyword data, name availability, measured ranking odds, and helps you check and upload your App Store listing. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, who appears on your receipt.

No ranking guarantee

Data and odds are estimates based on Apple's published search lists and our own scans of App Store results. They describe the past, can be wrong, and do not guarantee any ranking, downloads or revenue. You decide what to publish.

Your App Store Connect account

The app writes to App Store Connect only when you press Upload. You are responsible for the content of your listing and for following Apple's guidelines.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own apps and your clients' apps. Don't resell or redistribute the app or its data in bulk.

Payments, renewals and refunds

Prices are shown on the website before you buy. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to consumer rights you have where you live.
